6.Maintained all assets (Desktop, Laptop, Printer, and surveillance devices) reports and inventories with Physical asset verification.
7.Hardware/networking knowledge, OS installation, Antivirus /VPN/Internet monitoring, Printer/laptop/desktop.
8.Maintain Ticket complete and update closer status.
9.Preventive Maintenance of IT asset(desktop/laptop/printer/network)
10Knowledge of Installation of Security Surveillance devices like DVR, and Camera.
Excel/Mails / communication with internal and external team
