Position description:·
- Monitor • A lane and discuss with ZO.
- Finds out new business with existing clients.·
- PRQ,LR entry and DEPS entry thru ERP • staff at branch.·
- Placement of vehicles at loading and unloading points as per PRQ. •·
- Verification of staff present at points.·
- Coordination with unloading staff regarding shortage cases if any.·
- Review with Casher and DEO and loading clerk on daily basis. •·
- Visit clients for critical issues like delay/non placement, shortage/damage issues and detention issues.·
- Total control over PODs collection and dispatch in time with ERP • entry
