Position description:

• Completion of projects on schedule; Defined timeline phase-wise completion of activities in each project of more than a month for adequate monitoring
• Negotiation of purchase and lease rate
• Survey of location to gouge the possibilities of seamless operation and transportation
• Cater issue of transporter for hassle free entry and exit of vehicle from warehouse area
• Coordinate with concerned parties for timely closure of legal cases handled by him
