Position description:

• Roles &Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining & updating the calendar of the Finance Head on regular and plan activities in advance as per the requirement
  • Ensure that tasks assigned on day to day basis are well followed and not missed
  • Co-ordinate with admin team for travel arrangements
  • Maintain confidentiality of documents and information
  • Organizing and maintaining files and records
  • Noting down minutes of meeting & sending it to all concerned in the organization
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
