Team Leader - Warehouse Operations

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Overall responsible for day to day operations activities for Alkem Project
  • Ensure Customer KPI/ Smooth Operations, customer satisfaction
  • Responsible for the organizing and delegation of all activities performed in thewarehouse
  • Responsible for the planning and controlling of over all activities in the warehouse
  • Ensure team to follow SOP / process which is set by the company 
  • Responsible for the development of staffs by providing training.
  • Responsible to ensure that safety and health requirements are met in thewarehouse
  • Ensure That 3M should used in optimize way
  • Responsible for 3 PPP (Performance , Productivity & Profitability)

Technical Skills:

  • Advance MS Excel , Proficient in SAP . PPT
