Position description:

• Deep understanding of operational processes and best practices required
• Oversee existing WMS & TMS to ensure proper and safe storage of inventory andtimely delivery of goods.
• Create and modify reports using WMS & TMS and computer applications, ensuringinformation is accurate.
• Identify opportunities to streamline operations by leveraging a thoroughunderstanding of warehouse operations and warehouse management softwarefunctionality. Recommend improvements.
• Play key business role in testing new configurations; troubleshoot issues andidentify root causes.
• Develop WMS training plan and provide training when needed. Serve as backup toWarehouse Management Systems (WMS) Clerk.
• Identify and contribute to continuous improvement efforts to reduce costs orincrease productivity without reducing effectiveness.
