Position description:

Generalistresponsibilities As a HR Leader:

 

- Recruitment &Selection:

- Manpower Planning In discussion withManagement Head and Hub Manager, manpower planning for all levels every quarter

- Recruitment Sourcing ofCandidate from different channels and create databank of relevant resumes

-Selection Following theselection process, select the suitable candidate for an open position

- Induction and Onboarding Inducting everynew joinee and help in smooth onboarding as per SOPs. Formalizing Employeedocumentation, files and IT requirements of new joinee

 

- TalentDevelopment:

- Training Need Analysis:In discussion with HODs, Hub Managers and Training Manager, identify individualTraining Need Analysis and prepare a Training Calendar.

- Training Assessmentand action plan

 

- OrganizationalDevelopment:

- Help in Drafting KRAs & KPIs of new employee

- Confirmation TimelyConfirmation of all new joinee

- Promotions Promotions as perSOPs

- Grievance Buildingharmonious relations with all employee of Zones. Regular Branch Visits anddevelop organization culture zone wide. Grievance redressal as per SOP   via coordinating and resolving withdifferent stakeholders.  

- MIS Reports toManagement team on KRA achievements and Performance Management System

- Change Management:Working with Senior Management for Change Management within organization

 

- EmployeeEngagement:

     - Engage Talent via organizing differentemployee engagement events, employee satisfaction survey, Employeecommunications

- Attendance &Payroll:

- Attendance Management:Manage & control of Attendance marking in all Branches via Biometric

- Absenteeism Control:Manage Absenteeism in entire Zone and measures to minimize it.

- Leave Management:Manage & Control Leave Management System in HRMS

- Payroll Inputs:Helping the Corporate Payroll team to process Payroll on time via providinginputs as and when required.

-Statutory Compliance: Adhering to ESI, PF, Bonus, Gratuity Act, S& E Act

 

- Exit &Separation:

-Exit Interviews:Conducting Exit Interviews of new joinee and finding the root cause of everyexit

- Separation: Smoothseparations and timely F & F for all exiting employee


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Selection, Induction and On boarding, Talent Development, Organizational Development, Confirmation, Attendance & Payroll, Exit & Separation

Educational qualifications preferred

  • Category: Master's Degree
  • Field specialization: Human Resource
  • Degree: Master of Human Resource Management - MHRM
  • Academic score: 50 %

Key Performance Indicators:

1. Ensure that MRF has been raised and all the listed vacancies are closed i.e. employee has joined within the initial or extended TAT

2. Minimize attrition in the zone through coordinated efforts of Lets Connect, Skip Level Meetings, attrition analysis of the zone

3. "On-time & properly conduction of Confirmation cases as per defined hierarchy Feedback to the employee is to be shared with the employee"

4. All exit interviews to be conducted before 7 days of last working day. ( For absconding cases , it has to be dealt as per SOP)

5. "Attendance of the zone employees is to be freezed by:- 1. 20th of the month for 01st to 15th day 2. 02nd of next month for 21st to last day of the month"

6. 1. "For E & C4 grade employees in the zone including CLPL W/h - First time, refresher trainings,benefits (PF & ESI, welfare, etc) **initially through Corporate L&D team; October'18 onwards takes lead by self execution" 2. As per training calendar (to include CLPL as well)

7. Tickets to be closed within 7 days with concrete resolution.

8. 1. a. Vacancy Tracker to be updated - weekly to be share to HO-TA team b. Org chart - update on 5th of every month 2. c. Monthly food allowance report by 15th of every month to HO d. Monthly second phase salary by 18th of every month to HO 3. "Tour Report to Corporate HR within 48 hours of the tour ending. "All actionables to be completed within defined timelines.
