Position description:
· Conduct TNA and prepare annual trainingcalendar for the three group companies
· Design and run MDP and LDP
· Design and organize/ conduct training programs for employeesat middle and junior levels
Primary Responsibilities:
- Training Need Analysis, Learning & Development
Educational qualifications preferred
- Category: Bachelor's Degree
- Field specialization: Human Resources Development
Required Certification/s:
- Certified trainer from Dale Carnegie/ DDI/ hero Mind mine /a reputed organization
- Certification in Instructional System Design
- Certification in behavioral training from ISABS/an organization of repute
- Certification in Coaching will be an added advantage
Required Training/s:
Exposure/experience in e learning will be an advantage
Key Performance Indicators:
- Approved training Programs vs Developed.
- 6-8 Days of Training Execution for Managers/Executives/Assocate per month basis Learning Plan/Training Calendar
- Feedback of employees covered in trainings
- All academic work should be completed within the time lines.
